BLOOMBERG GLOBAL INSIGHT PANEL is a long-term online research project being run by GMI on behalf of BLOOMBERG. It is being undertaken to help gain an understanding of the business concerns and aspirations of senior business executives, professionals and investors. Membership of the panel is free, is personal to you, and is not transferable.

What is expected of me as a panel member?

As a member of the BLOOMBERG GLOBAL INSIGHT PANEL you will have the opportunity to complete various brief surveys to help BLOOMBERG to better understand the views of the users of their media, and those of the business and investment communities, on a wide range of topics including world events, the global economy, and the business environment. You undertake that all information you give as a panellist will be true and accurate, and will not be false or misleading

What will I get out of being a panel member?

You will get topline results and feedback from the surveys, as well as other pertinent data as available.

Who is being invited to be a member of the panel?

All users of Bloomberg Television, Markets Magazine, and, as well as users of other Bloomberg products/ services and other 'invited' members from the business, financial and investment community.

What security policies are in place?

The BLOOMBERG GLOBAL INSIGHT PANEL will be administered by an independent research company GMI, specialists in online research Your personal information will be held by GMI in accordance with their privacy policy. Bloomberg will only use the collected aggregated data in compliance with their own privacy policy

Can my answers be identified and linked to me?

No, all responses are aggregated. The only point where your answers are in an individual state are at the data input stage which is automatic as they are linked direct from the questionnaire page to data processing and are secured by GMI's privacy policy and the relevant data protection acts.

Will my data be used for sales or passed on to any third party?

Under no circumstances will your details be sold or given to any third party, nor will they be used by Bloomberg as sales contacts
